Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery Time

As a dropshipping business working with international suppliers, standard delivery takes 7–14 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and the specific product. Some items may arrive slightly outside this window during high-demand periods (e.g. sales, holidays).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your zone. 

Multiple Items, Multiple Parcels

If your order contains items from different suppliers, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different days. You will not be charged extra for this. However this is highly uncommon.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch. Our shipping courier is SkyNet.

Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)

For orders shipped internationally (outside Australia, if applicable), the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at admin@thefanclubco.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
